Bruce has been a director since 2002. Bruce is a partner of the family owned Scott Bros. Dairy Farms in San Jacinto. He has been involved with the Riverside Farm Bureau, Riverside County Waste Task Force, Hemet/San Jacinto Groundwater Management Plan, San Jacinto River Watershed Council, and the Western Riverside County Agriculture Coalition. Bruce is instrumental in securing a Ag Waste Solutions project on the dairy to be the first dairy to turn cow manure into a renewable and sought after commodity; usable diesel fuel for the farm. Bruce votes and sets policy like other board members at SJBRCD.
